Terms & Conditions

FREIGHT – F.O.B. Wasteline Containers Ltd., Abbotsford, B.C. Canada. (unless otherwise stated).

DELIVERY – ls based on immediate order acceptance and is subject to change in accordance with our production schedules.

DEFAULT – Wasteline Containers Ltd. is not responsible for delays or defaults in deliveries occasioned by wars, strikes, fires, the acts of God or the Public enemy, transportation difficulties, government demands or priority assignments of other causes beyond our control.

ACCEPTANCE – Due to the unpredictable volume of today’s business, acceptance of any order is fully reserved by Wasteline Containers Ltd.

CANCELLATION – Cancellation of orders received and accepted can be made only with our written consent and upon such terms as will indemnify Wasteline Containers against all loss.

PAYMENT – Cash in advance or as agreed in writing.

TAXES – Not included, extra as governing bodies dictate.

PAYMENT TERMS – Payment in full is due on date of this invoice.
Past due accounts are subject to a late payment fee equal to the lesser of 2% per month (24% per annum), or the maximum amount allowed by applicable law.

WARRANTY

ALL WASTELINE CONTAINER products are warranted to the original purchaser to be free from defect in workmanship for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase, except where covered by a previous manufacturer’s warranty (i.e. bearings, engines, seals, tires, paint). The warranty is void if the product is modified in any way whatsoever or subjected to overload, misuse or accident and does not cover road salt, machine noise, paint or paint-peeling damage.

Products manufactured or sold by Wasteline Containers Ltd. are not warranted expressly or by implication for merchantability or fitness or any measure of service or suitability or for a specific purpose notwithstanding any disclosure to Wasteline of the use to which the product is to be put. This express warranty is the sole warranty of Wasteline. There are no warranties which extend beyond the warranty herein expressly set forth. The sale of products of Wasteline under any other warranty or guarantee express or implied is not authorized.

WASTELINE CONTAINERS LTD. liability is limited to the repairing or replacing product components thereof. All warranty claims or equipment adjustments are the sole responsibility of Wasteline Containers Ltd. and must be adjusted at the factory with all shipping charges prepaid by the owner.
